• Returns and complaints

Complaints and returns in accordance with the General Conditions of Sale and the Civil Code.

Complaints:

If it turns out that the purchased goods are defective or do not correspond to the description, every customer has the right to file a complaint.
Complaints should be sent by e-mail or by mail to the following address:

We have 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint to process the complaint.

Returns:

If you are a consumer or an entrepreneur with the rights of a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance without giving any reason.

We accept returns of goods purchased outside J-point sp. z o.o. up to 14 days from the date of delivery of the ordered goods.

The returned goods must not show any signs of use and must be in an intact original packaging.

after you have informed us by e-mail to biuro@j-point.pl about the withdrawal from the purchase contract.

In case of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund the payments received from you immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.
The repayment will be made to the bank account specified by the consumer or entrepreneur with the rights of the consumer in the notice of withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we receive proof of shipment or receipt of the product.

If the postal address is different from the delivery address of the goods, please inform us of the address to which we should send the settlement documents for the sale.
