1. Purchase by an individual customer without the required authorisations and without an F-Gas certificate

The customer is required to indicate a specific installation company (a natural or legal person holding an F-Gas certificate) in the declaration sent after purchase, or provide an agreement concluded with a certified installation company / a person holding the appropriate F-Gas certificate.

2. Purchase by a certified installer

The buyer declares that they hold the appropriate certificate in accordance with current regulations and provides the certificate number in the declaration or sends a scan of the document.

3. Purchase by an air conditioning equipment seller

The buyer declares that the purchased product is intended for resale.

We reserve the right to ship the purchased product only after receiving the required documents. If the above-mentioned documents are not provided, the seller considers the transaction invalid and has the right to cancel the order. All funds paid by the customer will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made.
